You mean it's more visceral, a car for those who know how to drive and like to drive, and need to stay awake to do so. I don't disagree.. but on the same token, the GT-R magnificently devours all that it sees, almost irregardless of who is behind wheel.

The term is more subjective than objective, whereas you probably see it the other way around. The GT-R will outlap the Z06.. but what you mean, is after that lap, you'd rather take the Z06 for another round.

Had a C6 Z06 (the one in my avatar), and I will say it was a fucking BEAST. The only car I have ever owned that never got boring and blew my mind everytime I got on it. Once you got used to the suspension, the Z06 is really not a bad cruising car. I think I got 26/27mpg highway, and it has more trunk space than my TL does :-)
