I was being facetious. Just pointing out the Honda haters who harp on the lack of 6-7-8 speed auto tranny's.

Very Nice... There's an 07 M35x around here for 23995 w/ only 19k miles. Way things are right now I bet you could shave another 2k from that price...

word. used infiniti boats are a goddamn STEAL. have been and continue to be. economy certainly helps this fact.

you truly get a lot of car for the buck. any acurazine member should also appreciate infiniti. they are quite comparable. they are both luxury rebrandings offered from the efficient big house. (acura = high end honda, as is infiniti to nissan) nothing says good deal like a proven, stable underpinning mated with luxurious ammentities.

You know .... ther are no aftermarket shocks. Springs only.... The only coilovers i could find were tien ones....and that was after a lot of searching. And I agree...the forums are pretty useless. I saw a lot of guys w/ ghetto ass rims on their cars. it was hard to find aftermarket stuff for an M

Kudos on the M35, words can't describe how much I absolutely love that car. Ironically I wanted a M35 after I purchased an 06 TL, but the prices have been so damn low nowadays, I might just shoot for the M35. Hopefully within a month or two, I'll be making a post about my M35 pick-up.

wow, it's been a while since I've had a rear wheel drive car. it was pretty hairy getting around on snow covered roads! i'm riding on Nitto Invos it came with so i think some snow tires are in order.

the Seattle area doesn't get snow often and when it does, it only lasts a few days so I rather have the driving dynamics of RWD for the rest of the year.

we got the XI to take us to the mountains.

Hey, i got a set of 17" rims and snow tires on it that I used with my m45 sport for the past 2 seasons that I'm willing ot get rid of. They also include the TPMS sensors. They're good as "snow" tires for at least another season (maybe 2, depending on how much driving you'll be doing on them), and after that they would probably be decent as decent as regular all-seasons for another season or so.

i still have the M, but got a pathfinder for a beater so don't see a need for the snow tires anymore if you're interested.

i actually just switched back to the stock bulbs because one of the 6000k ones was dying and the other was beginning to fail intermittently...they were some cheaper brand so i guess they had roughly a 3 year lifespan. i would buy new 6000k bulbs but it's a PITA to change the bulbs since you gotta go through the wheel well that I'm in no hurry to change them again. 6000k would be the highest temp I'd go since any higher would approach rice levels as well as suck in inclement weather.

I'll see if i can find pics of the rims mounted on the car...i lost all my pics in a hdd crash a couple months back but see what I can salvage up. Otherwise i'll just take pics of them off the car and pics of the tread and stuff.

I had a CTS-V and traded it for something family friendlier... an '07 RDX. The RDX is okay, but it doesn't capture my interest, ya know what I mean?? It's just a nice car with some cool gadgets. I am thinking of trading it for a M45 sport. Ugh... decisions, decisions... I love the tech stuff in a well equipped M and I love how they look inside and out.

BTW, I've noticed lots of folks on here have had a CL-S. I had one too. I loved it (great seats)... That's what I had right before the CTS-V...

I actually [lightly] considered a used CTS-V after my M45s lease ran out, but they offered a $10k incentive to buy it out and I jumped on it. I'm sure you can get a good deal on an M45 these days, but I would wait a little longer and see what else comes out and how desparate dealers are going to get (I'd look at a new CTS, the new CTS's and -V's are damn nice...only non-truck/SUV domestic I would consider).

jeez, talk about pnwed.

I've had my car for about 12 days and I've only taken it out maybe 4 times. They say the snow may be gone in about a week.

Nice..... That was the car I was cross shopping with the Legacy....... It was really tough, as the sport package makes a big difference.

Should have gotten the FX!

...We've had about a foot in the last week, but getting around is a dream now.

So how are you liking the car?

I just found an 06 M35 with the sport pack, 41K miles, black on black. I'm thinking about going to check it out. $17,995

I can't believe it either! Damnit I really like staying around a $250/month payment but that is a HOT car under warranty for a damn good price.

Unfortunately, it probably doesn't have nav and the tech package is a GREAT option for this car, but that is a really good price. If it comes with Nav, tech AND the windows are already tinted, I might come to WI to pick it up!

Wow. That's a great price! I don't know if the NAV is part of the Tech package. I know the lane departure system and radar cruise control is.

Be sure you get some winter tires for it because you're gonna need them in WI. Only a couple of inches of snow kept my car in the garage for a week! Of course, I only had summer tires on.

I like my car a lot. The only issues I have are:
- lame lame lame Bose stereo
- spotty Bluetooth connection (I think there's a SB about it though)
- wish it had a little more gut (maybe should've looked at the M45?)

Let me know if you have any other questions - I'm still learning about the car too...
