Got a little bit of man card back last week. Sienna to LX570
It's been awhile since I made a thread on AZine. I recently traded in my Sienna for a LX570. Was basically looking for the biggest and most reliable SUV with 3rd row that I can take my wife and kids up to snowy mountains and camping trips.
Shopped around for a week and made a decision to go with 2017-2018 LX570 3rd row version with less than 50k miles. Narrowed down my search and found 3 white LX570s with the same spec and mileage. Went to check out all 3 on the same day and 2 were sold the night before... after going back and forth with the dealership via texting for 6 hours, got another $4k off from the listed pricing and got a really good trade in offer for the Sienna. And that was it. Went to the dealership and got the car.
The car is just incredibly smooth. It's so huge and powerful. It's like 6000 lbs and have around 400 hp and tq. The average mpg is like 15mpg. My sienna averaged around 18. haha
I'm gonna get some smaller offroading wheels and tires and that's about it. Planning to get a decent sized RV trailer later this year. Not too sure what else to do at the moment but pretty excited.

Congratulations, that is a sexy vehicle! You really can't beat Lexus quality, and I like the white.
As a tip when you get a chance I think it would look cleaner if you deleted your dealer logos from the plate.

Someday, an RS6 Avant+
You got a very fancy Land Cruiser. Pretty much indestructible. Congrats. But what's up with the peach fuzz shifter?

That's Alcantara. I run a automotive upholstery business and I just wanted to play with the shift knob quick haha The old leather felt worn so I reupholstered with Alcantara. I'll be doing a lot of interior work on this car to make it look like LC500 interior later
In person, the car looks like nothing else. It's REALLY big.

Looked like a very soft leather. Wasn't poking fun, just seemed a bit odd. Nice look. And Land Cruisers are awesome, you just got the best of the breed.

Amazing truck! Both the Land Cruiser and Lex Cruiser are as bulletproof as they come. It's been widely reported that these trucks are engineered to have a minimum service life of 25 years, compared to 15 years for all other Toyota products.

I'll be end up doing my interior so that it looks like that LC500 interior!
Yeah! It should stay pretty good in the next decade since Toyota is killing the LC and this car next year. I got a 3 years old one. The sticker was 100k on this car, I got it for $60k with 40k miles on it.

I'm not a SUV person, but I would not mind being seen in that one. Nice choice!

Man card? Driving a big station wagon gives you a man card?
It's a very nice vehicle, but most of the time I see those they are being driven by 30 something Mom's at the shopping mall or the soccer field with their kids.
Again, nice vehicle..but let's not start sucking each others cocks over this thing quite yet.
Then again...wtf do I know? :gheyfight:

Thank youuu!!
I bought it mostly for mall crawling hahahaha I do plan to go have some fun light offroading with kids. That's why i bought this. I live in an area where there's a lot of light to heavy offroading places.
And later this year, if things go well, I'm gonna buy a small to medium sized RV trailer to tow around with this car. Should be fun with kids.

The car has like 7000lb tow rating so its not too high or too low. Should be good enough for medium sized trailer.

^ This.
To be honest though, they're all going to look out of place unless to make this thing look less "blingy".

Those might be too aggressive! I want the spec on the Land Cruiser and LX. Think those are 18x9.5s. Would probably end up with Bronze ones since white color is like pearl white.
I've seen a few in person with TEs and stock body. Looked really clean.
Got the car detailed inside and out today for the first time. Looks pretty brand new and all the shiny armorall shit dealer put inside are all gone. The leather Lexus used on this car is pretty epic. It's all soft and minimum sheen now.
