Good suspension installer in NY/NJ?

Anyone know of a good and reliable suspension installer in the tri-state area? How much do they charge for installer coilovers?

Thanks!

anyone that can turn a wrench can install suspension. When you say suspension, are you talking aboutshocks and springs, or sways, bushings, what... Any reputable speed shop can do it, its not hard. Just make sure they grease all the bushings and tighten everything to spec.

you dont need to take it to an awesome shop or whatever just to install coilovers. its not that hard to do yourself with proper tools and a jack. i even changed out sway bars, bushings, lower strut bar, swar bar links, etc all in my driveway. bring it over to my place and i'll do it for some pocket change. but if you want to take it to a shop thats fine with me. i dont see how much better one shop to another if its just greasing up some bolts and nuts, popping them off and tightening up the new stuff.. if the shop is pretty high end then they'll charge you more than twice for a job that any local gas station could do.

My boy who works at STS did mine for $200 at the shop. That is the average price really. He is in N. Plainfield by the way.

I did my own Coilovers on my CRX.
however in college i had a buddy with a Prelude he didn't "trust" himself. so he I did his set in about 3 hours. because I went over to his apartment after breakfast on a Saturday morning.(we weren't suppose to do this in their parking lot but as long as no one told on us we wouldn't get busted). I think I started around 8 or 9. I know i had everything tightened up ready to go by lunch time at noon. he paid me by #1. buying me lunch #2. he took me out for dinner(i got like a big ass steak) then we went to clubs plus I got wasted he paid everything that night it was great.

Yeah man every where I called was saying $200, so I figured I just have him do it since it's right next to my job.
