Thats sounds like it was brutal hit...Glad you're OK. I had a Ford Exploder save my life. Put the thing on the lid, myself and my other two passengers all walked away with out a single scratch.

I took a look at the FX4 with leather and I must say I wasn't totaly impressed with the interior. The FX4 had some cheap looking carbon fiber imitation plastic on the dash and doors. The leather looked and felt kind of cheap. The style looked good but the quality just wasn't there. I'm leaning strong to the King Ranch. My Dad has the King Ranch in the F-350 and it is very nice. He has had it over a year and the leather hide still puts out that nice smell. The only thing that sucks is that I think I'm going to have to order the KR because all the dealer ships here have crap color with crap options.

I'll let you know how it goes.

If the F-150 doesn't work for you, consider a Nissan Titan...

I've been a member on this site for the past year and a half and I have to say that I have seen some real bigotry against domestic brands here. Being an American, my preference is to look at and try to buy American first. However, since it's my money and my choice, when the chips are down, I will buy what satisfies my wants and needs at the time regardless.

That said, I only hope that my Acura TL serves me as well as three of the four Fords I've owned and currently own. My 1988 Mustang LX 302 CID was a gem. The small block Ford V8, just like its Chevy counterpart is a fine engine.. certainly better in terms of emissions than the 1991 Honda Accord LX 4-banger. And my 1996 Contour SE rivals my TL in terms of reliability, however in that department the Mustang and my current Ranger pickup lead the TL.

So what does this say? Buy what you want. At the time I bought my TL, I had narrowed my selections done to two cars; the Cadillac CTS-V and the TL. The reason I bought the TL was.. I'm not really sure, come to think about it. I agonized over that one since I really liked the CTS-V.

But I think Ford is doing a better job than GM offering the buying public products that they want.

The Lincoln Navigator and Mark LT interiors are very good looking. Everyone's gushing over the new Cadillac Escalade's interior, but IMO Ford still has the upper hand in this category.

The new F-150 Harley Davidson is awesome! It's still pretty worthless, but there's no doubt in my mind that it looks good.

I'm also a fan of the Mark LT. The interiors on both of those trucks are fantastic for what you're paying.
