um okay...and this recall was in 2002 for early production 2003 models. This problem was fixed and never heard of again. What exactly was the point of this?

 

I hear ya. Every Manufacturer has their problems. It makes a difference in how it's handled.

ok CLS is a much better car than G35... <---- is this the point you are trying to make?

There is a recall for E46 M3 Rod bearing right now which is what caused so many M3's Engines to blow.... so i guess u would rather have a tranny go out than blown engine....

 

i understand why he posted it here. There are a lot of G35 owners that frequent this board. So i guess thats understandable.

well its for G35 sedans...most of the ex-CL owners have the G35c, no?

 

Thats pretty much all I got from it considering the date is clearly in the article as 2002.
