What sucks other than the car being damaged, is the owner of the car will have to pay the deductible and his insurer to pick up the remaining damages.

His premium will probably be affected.

Yeah, that's fair.

If you are going to make yourself eligiable for grand theft auto, might aswell be a G35 instead of a pinto!!

that guy will get off of grand theft auto if he gets a good lawyer


here in NC an argument is valid in the case of theft when you leave it "susceptible" to theft, taking, or "borrowing".

police have really started cracking down on drivers leaving their cars idling at gas stations and other public places. $50 fine first offense.

Yeah, that's a bitch that the person who was responsible for the loaner will have to pay, but it seems to have been preventable. I never leave my car unlocked, particularly with the keys in it.
