new m/t compares the g35, 330, and cts.........has the g35 as the hands down winner.........6.21 0-60 and 14.61 quarter mile .........the 330 auto times were 6.7 and 15 flat ...........when will the 04 TLS come out to stop this g35 insanity

 

Car and Driver had the TL-S at 6.28 already, a little tweaking and the G35 is playing catch up.

 

At least all the TL-S/CL-S autos out there should be able to
beat a 330 auto

 

The G35's engine & suspension may be awesome, but the shell is just butt ugly... What's the deal w/ the nose & rear, why did they approved that design

Motortrend only compares three cars? Why misses Lexus IS300 and Benz C320? They are all in the same class and all RWD powers.

man.. the C&D.. notice how 330 or a BMW always in comparison? well, at least 9 out of 10!

biased biased.. and they will reply you saying they cant test drive the same car every year... hello? dont you see 330 always get compared?

 

I agree, Charles. I think I can get used to the nose, but that rear is just abominable. I hope the coupe gets a different treatment for the rear.

 

Yeah great powertrain & chassis but the look of the car is just so-so. In fact I wasn't impressed with the ergonomics & fit-finish of the interior either. I like the CL/TL interior more.
The Infiniti had better paint though.

The G35 coupe though, that looks promising!

 

Biased? Of course However, the BMW is the benchmark therefore it will always get compared to in Mags. The IS300 and C320 are simply not as good as the 330 :o
