Its put on drift cars as mentioned...but mostly aesthetic...If your really into drifting you break those like nothing. A couple of my drifting buddies have literally broke those mid turn shifting lol they do not take abuse well.
.....you know this how? haha, jp, but yeah, dildo knobs are stupid, aesthetically too....
