It's a 348. No paint job can make it any worse than it already was. In fact the car itself probably detracts from the art work.
Ferrari has always been one of my favourite manufacturers, but the 348 makes me shudder. I recall when Montezemolo was appointed head of Ferrari and he purchased a 348. In a short time he called it the worst car ever to be produced by the company.

I remember the story about being beaten by a Fiat Strada hatchback. I would have considered it an indignity as well. I recall when I first saw a 348, I was immediately disappointed. The curves, the "Italianess" of the 308/328s were gone. It was replaced by something that looked as it it was designed in Japan. I remember seeing grills that were nothing than molded plastic, shaped to look as if they were vented, but instead blocked by solid plastic underneath. The first time I drove one wasn't a pleasant experience either. The car had definitely lost it's magic, and many say the company had lost it's magic as well. It was Montezemolo that got it back for Ferrari.

I've seen the Diablo and a few other exotics that he has painted in his Vegas gallery that is in the Forum shops. He does amazing paintings, they just have no business being on a car.
