original Dare PA plate was pretty sweet, I had one on my CL until the dealership in OH where I picked up the Impreza stole it.

I love the old DARE plates from PA. Bad assed for a license plate. Here's a better image.

for me, simpler the better, and I like white. Therefore I am probably biased, but I like california the best. I just never liked the idea of having to match a paint color with a plate color. California plate just looks subtle enough to go with any car (unless of course they go with the big whale/palm tree plates)

Living in Hawaii, the plate is a little, uhm.... :ghey:, but at least I think it's mostly white, and pretty simple. I just hate the big safety check sticker we need to put on the back of the car.

Ive always liked some of the Florida plates ive seen.

Wisconsin's standard plate is I mean come on, a barn?



They have a couple special plates that i like






This one should belong on someones car that moderates here

I don't mind our regular TN plates either. Being mostly white makes them blend in, which isn't a bad thing IMO.
