Yeah mine is the WDP and the SSM is S1CKTypeS. My point is that we usually don't hate on other cars, especially if they are owned by friends of other members on AZine.

Back when I was on freshalloy, I thought the G's interior was hideous when it first came out and was bashed for that.

Car loyalty is fierce and some people who are loyal to a certain make/brand have a hard time making unbiased comments about other makes.

 

You are a quick one, aren't you! I'm not complaining about the OP, he's my friend and the WDP TL is mine. It's the people who responded later down in the thread who I have an issue with. They can praise the e90/e92 all they want, but they don't have to insult other people's rides. It's a question of decency.

 

i'd be interested in seeing the sales records that state that moms and teenagers who can't afford the 335 or anything higher thay only buy it for the badge are the majority buyers of the 328/325.

what stupid is that they are giving remarks upon 2 TL's which are a previous generation while their car is newer. NO SHIT their car is updated, the TLs are from 2003 back so that makes sense. At least acura drivers are smarter as they don't waste their money of useless shit.

Actually, I'm a HUGE Acura fan and I thought the first poster who commented on the Acuras was quite funny... Then some others sort of picked up on the comment and voiced their opinions of the Acuras.

at least 335 is not at the bottom of 3 series... most of the 325 i have seen are just base models.. NOT HID, NO sport package, or premium....

acura drivers are smarter because they dont waste their money on useless shit? tell me, stock for stock, what features does the E90 sedan have that the TL doesn't? power windows? power locks? moonroof? leather? 4 wheels?

all the 2nd gen TL people can cry and make excuses but until Car and Driver has them on their "10 best" list 16 times, is awarded the "World Car of the Year" award, and can actually set the benchmark for sport sedans, then just stop talking.

Go drive both cars back to back and you'll see that even the slowest "underpowered" 14 second BMWs are more fun to drive than anything Honda/Acura has put out besides the NSX and S2000. You don't need HIDs when you have "freude am fahren", but I do agree that they should come standard.

 

If you were on E90post, they would have been making fun of your avatar.
