Got this from smolvar @ automotiveforums.com. He took this picture in West LA. He said that it has California "Dist" license plate. He also stated that it is probably as US Spec Evo VII because it has a smaller intercooler that has been moved back towards the engine about 5 inches (most likely to make it comply with the US 5mph Bumper Requirement).
