EVO MR in Toronto!!!
So around 4:15PM today when I was going home waiting for the lights on 404 North exiting onto Finich, I saw a grey EVO MR with New York plates turning left onto Gordon Baker road. I tried to take a pic of if with my phone but he took off a bit too fast. He tuned into the ING building facing 404. Damn that car looks mean!!!

Those are pretty common in NY... I've spotted about 5 of them in the last 3 months in or around Queens...
yes, Evo MR with those little fins on the roof and carbon fiber trunk, not the Evo you see at every 10 traffic lights

WAS HONDATAFIED IN
as far as i know evo's are illegal in canada or ontario... the crash ratings something or another and they are illegal to own so noone has one..... its like seeing a skyline in the US they are legal in canada but not in US so when we see one we go nuts when they see a EVO let alone an MR they go nuts..... AFAIK or i could be totally wrong.... my canadian sourse isn't a car enthusiestt

Yes you are correct.. The car doesn't meet safety standards for front impacts in Canada. The Canadian standard is a little more mph than the American counterparts.

yes it is
the real reason is the EVO always place the intercooler under the bumper, below the front grille, which will not pass the front crash test coz of the intercooler

live in toronto but have it registered in NY..I work one day a week in the states and have a house there as well so that helps out alot... if you see the yellow sticker in the middle of the windshield thats a virginia inspection sticker..bought it from there but i didnt' bother removing it..i should get around to that though sometime.. the stickers on the right side are for NY..

i don't go to pacific that often...i spend most of my time in sauga. Do the weekly drive back to NY state and fairview once in a while..i have been to pacific before but its not an often occurence. Actually my cars in the shop right now i'm getting winter tires put on. I left it over night because the store couldn't mount the tires on the rims. They thought i had winter rims. So now there gonna outsource it and i have to wait till tommorrow to pick it up..i'm missing the blizzard :o(
