some of the shots need better balancing, but very good effort overall. are you using photomatix for the HDR processing?

favorite is the first pic.

srika did use photomatrix. Some pics may "appear" to need better balancing, but srika intently left some as is for a "warmer" look.

HDR = High Dynamic Range image.
It's essentially the mix of a set of photos...same subject matter, but different exposures...

This allows a "dynamic range" of levels that bring out otherwise excluded aspects of photos from everything between direct sunlight and dark, shadowy images.

It takes good equipment, a lot of time and a lot of skill to really produce a quality HRD image.

That's about the best I can explain in a quick an dirty overview.

Rest seem like they are a little overdone to me...

I would say to grab a lighting kit and do less hdr's, some of those spots are incredible, and I realize why the hdr's were needed because of the extreme lack of lighting on the face of the car, but a set of small strobes would help that out immensly and allow a much cleaner overall shot. But the shots do look great composition wise, and the car is sick as hell,

it's neither... its post-processing in software.

this shot is closest to what it looks like in real life.

I have the upgrades 2006 headlights. A SIGNIFICANT difference from my '03 lights. These are HID/bi-xenons.
