This one girl at my school got a Range Rover sport for her first car and she didn't like the stock 20's it rolled on so her parents bought her new wheels.

However, it's like any other culture/race/whatever...There are those who have money and those who don't, but I suppose Arabs/Syrians with a lot of money indulge in it much more flamboyantly than most. Correct me if I am wrong...
