dope skyline on ebay

Nope, I agree.
It's also annoying that most people think Skyline= a 4wd turbo car I wish the same people would realize that the G35 here in the us IS the Skyline. And then I wish they'd realize the GTR edition is the TT 4wd *model* of the Skyline.
LOL, i see the "the skyline is comming to the US " threads. I just think "umm the skyline is already here man".
At least it's RWD and has a stock turbo. So I suppose it's somewhere above the 215hp it was stock /w the chip and whatever the guy has.
I'd say he's just trying to get some $$$ out of the US for the car.

an r32 gts in the us with NO MODS is 20k easy. with all that car has done its a steal at 28k. seeing as how a base r32gt-r will run you at least 30k. and with all the probs with the way motorex is doing bussines there are not easy to come buy. people are waitng over 6 months to get a used skyline that they have already paid for. and the r32 is the only get out jail free model when it comes to haven to have dual airbags. i have been crusien the skyline forums cause there are few people in my area with them. you would not belive how much hate motorex is getting right now. buy lieing to their customers about when there cars while be here and in one case the gave a guy a pic of his car when he bought it and when it arrived it had a completky diff engine.

Add to that the stock gauges, radar detector, stereo and dvd player. You'd be looking at everything but the road.

where'd u get that from? how does it cost 30k to convert a car. it doesnt cost that much. My dad used to ship a bunch of cars from Germany, and it never costed more than 6-7k to convert it to US spec.

I think it's a lot though. r34's go for about 85k here from Motorex. I think they cost about 50k (USD) in japan. I could be wrong though.
What is weird though is that before the EVO 8 came here you could import an EVO 7 for about 40k already modified for US specs.
Maybe Motorex just upped the price because they were the only ones doing it.

Same deal with the MB G500. Importers were selling for about 10G more than the MB MSRP a year later when they wound up in showrooms.
