Mar-Free washes can not be avoided unless you simply never touch the car. They can be reduced, but anytime something comes in contact you are going to mar the paint slightly. You can think differently, but that's simply reality.

btw, is that your benz? If so I work with a guy that knows you. His names Ray, has a C-Class almost the same color. Also has an old supra.

And Dark colors are the only way to go This thing has never seen water

Wow you work with Ray?!

Small world!! This Ray, right?

I def keep our car covered when not in use. We only drive the Accord 1-2 days a week because it's an 03' with 103K. I'm a used car manager at a dealership so I know how important trade in value is so I try to keep it as immaculate as possible. Plus the in ground sprinklers do nothing for the paint. I'd rather spend the money on a car cover rather than polishing and buffing the damn thing every 2 months to get the water spots soiled with pollen out.

Dude, I'm just as anal as you.

I couldn't give a rip if someone saw me. Screw anyone who tells you you're ridiculous. Stick a straw in a jug of muratic acid and tell them to SUCK.
