Do not use acuraoemparts.com!!

Delray Acura/Hyundai - Do NOT use them.

I have had a dispute with them for over a month now for parts not yet delivered.

Having spoke with two of their parts managers and an additional sales representative, I told them THE DAY OF THE shipment, a few parts I had ordered were never delivered.

Because of the turnover at their dealership, they now have no record of this dispute/claim I made over a month ago, and now they have this new "policy" that a claim needs to be made within 48 hours of delivery, and because they have no record of it, there's nothing they can do.

BS.

DO NOT USE ACURAOEMPARTS.COM!!

I believe some others have had some issues with them as well. They used to be great, but in the last couple of years or so, their staff has changed and things have gone downhill.

If you paid with a credit card or paypal, file a dispute through them, that will get there attention and make their new policies fruitless. I hope you get a resolution to this soon!

Hopefully you did not pay cash... so you should be able to contact your CC company and file a claim with them as long as you have documentation.

And now you can start using and supporting some of our vendors instead of using them ...

Is it just a delay or are they saying you never ordered parts?

I had a horrible experience w/Delray Acura (acuraoemparts) about a year ago too...

Their prices are low, but their customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced with any purchase, car related or otherwise.

First, they sent me the wrong part (using 3rd party shipping companies that gave it to 4th parties). Then, to get an exchange, I had to pay over $100 to ship it back to them (after agreeing to credit the charge and never doing so) and they charged me a ridiculous 20% or 25% restocking fee even though it was their mistake. Then, for 3-4 weeks they denied having received the part, even though I told them the date/time it arrived and who signed for it...then, for 2 weeks, every time I called, the person I spoke to told me that someone else would call me back the next day...which never happened.

Also, they made me pay to have the new part shipped to me, which took a couple more weeks. Finally, after numerous phone calls and emails, it took over 6 weeks to issue my refund...and after the restocking fees and sunk shipping costs, it probably would've been cheaper to keep the wrong part.

It pisses me off thinking about it...I would still love to choke the shit out of their internet sales mgr.

I've placed numerous orders from them over the last 3-4 years and haven't had any issues relating to order processing or shipment.

The only times I've had problems is when I've had to call them to talk about part availability and technical questions about parts.

With anything I purchase, I spend extra time doing research that what I need is actually what I'm ordering so I don't ever have to worry about this sorta situation and it's always paid off doing that.
