At least it only costs $11-15 here. And registration is $50-75. At least in my county. Both are annual requirements.

Surprisingly in Kalifornia we don't have the nanny state inspection process, however we get shafted by having car tax/car registration rates that our outrageous..."averaging" +$350 / year per vehicle.

^I've heard that, but never confirmed it. Doesn't everything in CA cost more though? You gotta pay to play mentality, right?

Georgia used to have inspection stickers and I'm glad they got rid of them. The only inspection they do here is emission. I wish they would do a more thorough job with the inspection because there have been numerous times where I've encountered people with no working brake lights!

We gotta pay for all our millions of illegal aliens, and over 2 million state workers.
That's why everything is so expensive in the nanny state.

In Kalifornia, about 1 in 8 employed workers works for the state.

Well I figured out how to fix my sticker issue. I was on my way to a customer thus morning and a stone cracked it.

New windshield on Friday.
