what do you think? I've never seen so many people go crazy for a car as they did for this after exhaust was done.

I think my firebird is louder with the cut out open than that POS and at least I can close it up and drive around normally.

You have a 1998 Pontiac, you really need to stop running your mouth. He can shift normally and it'll sound just fine.

Just my opinion, but I think it sounds horrible. Reminds me of some kid's Honda civic with an exhaust. To each their own however.

Ugh, I'm telling you it sounds nothing like that...it's my mic on the cell phone. It sounds EXACTLY like his Ferrari did.

I hope so. Again, not trying to be disrespectful, but it sounds like my weedwhacker. I have heard some stuff that sounds much better in person though, so maybe that's the case here.

That sounded awesome and I think it would sound better outside of the parking deck. Too much echoing.

I liked it. I can always appreciate a good exhaust note, quiet or loud.

I have a video of drive bys that probably sound much better, I just need to edit out useless bits of it to cut it down.

+2. Maybe if it was a Sport GT, but it's just a base Quattroporte.

I'd have to hear it with a better mic and outside a parking deck. Sounded like a swarm of bees. I'm sure it sounds good in person, but it's just not translating in that video...

I bet it sounds better in person and outside a garage. Although last year I saw one around my job and it sounded horrible. Similar to a pepboys muffler on a civic but louder .

Those wheels look like 06+ tsx stockies, copy cats

I guess that's what happens when you decide to spend $500 on the exhaust system of a $120,000 car.

I remember this on top gear and it sounded AMAZING, then I saw it in person at palm springs, and it sounded EVEN MORE AMAZING. I would leave it stock

this car truly does sound freaking amazing stock.

Even if it does sound better in person than in the video, as others have said, it still doesn't match the car. Too loud IMO.

Yea, not sure I like it in this video. My neighbor at my old building had one and I loved when he started it up in the garage, gorgeous stock note and pretty loud. Too bad his maser was a creamy, piss yellow

Sorry I am not impressed by a Maserati, just a waste of money in my opinion. I have heard a few Maseratis with exhaust, while I do think they sound good at a track, the majority of them drone with exhaust with normal driving. In my opinion the stock exhaust sound good enough when you open it up.

I am sorry that my opinion did you come across clear in the beginning. I just think you could have had the same results by using a 150 electric cutout.

I drive a 98 pontiac because it was one of the best performing cars for the dollar that I could find. I don't have it to impress people or to be comfortable in. I purchased it to go fast for cheap and to be able to save the rest of my hard earned money for my future and to make my money work for itself.

Mercedes does make some amazing sounding engines, once they are opened up a little that it.

you make me lol. Maserati isn't anything to drop a jaw over and I'm use to that, this guy use to own a Gallardo, Porsche GT, Bently, Rolls Royce...so a simple Maserati isn't much. I'm actually in love with the sound, not the car, but thanks for your input.
