CTS-V Powered '68 Camaro Drop Top - BIG MUSCLE

Finding the right balance between a well tuned street car and a flat-out performance car is no easy task. However that didn't stop Southern California resident Bob Hall from building what may just be one of the best vehicles we've ever driven. He started with an ultra clean 1968 Camaro SS convertible, fitted it with a supercharged LSA mill from a 2009 Cadillac CTS-V, reworked the entire drivetrain and suspension, and in the end, created a car that's 44 years old but feels like it rolled out of the factory yesterday.

1 word..... BEAUTIFUL!
I like the fact that he did this build without making it un-restorable. You never cut up a car with that kind of value.
Anyone have a clue what he paid for the salvage CTS-V? I got a Pinto that needs a new drivetrain... LMAO!

Mein Gott in Himmel that is fscking awesome. There are simply no other words for that.
There is simply no substitute for American muscle, and more specifically small-block V8 Chevy engines like the LSA!

I can see the appeal of this car. On the bad-ass index, it certainly scores close to 10/10.
I would be curious how much $ it cost him. 60-70K$ wouldn't surprise me.
The good thing is that those cars (Camaro SS/ZL1, Mustang GTXXX, Challenger RT/SRT8) still live on and stronger than ever. With proper wheels and mods, they can look great on their own, specially the Mustang.
