Crossfire Roadster

I saw a brand new silver one on the road today....what a beauty..Couldnt keep my eyes off of it. Very futuristic and sleek looking, got that Benz look...what are your thoughts on it....for a minute i wanted to trade in my 03 cl-s for one.

Has anybody test drove it? Thoughts? I think i might take one for a spin tomorrow

looks hot!

The SRT-6 Crossfire has 330hp, the coupe has an MSRP just over $45k.....so bet on $49k-$50k or so for the convertible.

Sweet but the current one needs more power. I hope Chrysler does it soon.

I sat in one at the dealership a couple months back. Exterior is very nice. RWD. SRT-6 should be a great car. Interior is good for a Chrysler. Still some cheapo plastics though. Good execution overall though. I'd own one.

Saw the coupe yesterday. It draws a lot of stairs. I think they did a great job on the styling. Looking forward to seeing the convert.

Am suprised the coupe is a 2 seater though. I would think that hurts some of their market potential

It's a REALLY nice car. Drives great too. I took one for a spin. The current model is underpowered. The SRT-6 will have a ton more power, however no 6 speed manual. Auto only. That sucks!

Honestly, Chrysler seems to be the only Domestic manufacturer that is releasing anything worth a shit these days.

I checked one out on Saturday, not the convertible. They are practiclly giving it away. MSRP 34k. the lease was $320 month with ZERO down. It drove nice, it has plenty of power for a car that small, can'y imagine how quick the SRT-6 will be,
it is so tight inside, me and the salesman were bumping shoulders when I shifted gears.

Draws a lot of stairs????

Costs more money than a CLS6, at least on the sticker,Cl has navi equipped, Crossfire does not.

Crossfire has less power than a cls.

Two seats.

But you do get three pieces of leather luggage with it. Who needs that?

Seriously though, Dad traded the new Pacifica, and went back to a minivan. I asked a salesman how well the car (crossfire) was selling. Answer: "Very poorly."

I remember when these came out, the dealer by me was putting an EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLAR premium on them. so they were selling for mid to upper 40's all said and done .. I laughed and that turned me off on them for a while. especially the 215hp.

but the more I see them on the road, they are sweet cars .. and I like the RWD .. they are basically SLK's, just under the chrysler name with a different look. I believe they carry the same drivetrain, right?

That SRT6 is one mean looking, great performing car .. can't wait to see one of those on the road.

SRT6 spoiler is horrid! The enterior of the cross is just like a Benz. The two seater is definitely killing all of their sales potential.

Yep, even much of the interior is lifted from the SLK, just instead of wood look its supposed to look like aluminum or something.

Not bad looking, I just couldn't see paying that much money for a Chrysler.

I just don't understand why the front pillars on the coupe are white:o

Takes away from the overall appearance IMO. There is a white one in my neighboorhood. I still never get tired of driving by it....
