I hope they throw the book at the M6 driver. This is not an area to be speeding 3times the speed limit in.

 

Vehicular manslaughter is what he's charged with as of now, that's what I heard on the radio this morning.

As far as the BMW though, I can't really say the details as far as if he owned the car or not, but he was driving it with a Delaware dealer plate. I know a lot of dealers that went to DE lately to apply for licenses, and I guess the laws there aren't as strict as here, but some of these guys are getting access to dozens of plates that they "rent" to people for an annual fee. I don't know if this guy was a dealer, or if he took advantage of an opportunity to have a dealer plate that he can put on any car.

 

That's horrible. It's always the innocent driver that tends to pay in these crashes.
