I will give it a Non-Turbo 4 Cyl Engine with around 140 HP. Cloth interior. Base model at around 22,000 USD.

and BMW does not compete with Buick, it does not matter what kind of product Buick has or will have.

If you must throw something in there, 2 series, 3 series. Pick any model it will be $20k more similarly equipped.

soo...the regal is a competitor for the 3 series that people buy when they don't really care about the drive of the car but rather just the badge on the hood. Awesome, they are competing effectively with a neutered base model BMW. Keep it up GM! There are a lot of cars that GM makes that would compete rather well with their German counterparts but never will simply because they are in different markets and directed towards different customers. This is the reason that the M3 sells so well when it can be matched on a track by a Mustang that costs $40k less.
