Cordless Impact Wrench

I would love to buy an air compressor, but I simply do not have room for one right now. So, I figured that the next best thing is to purchase a cordless impact.

I'm trying to decide between the Ingersoll-Rand W360 w/Li-Ion or the Snap-On CT4850HO.

1) Ingersoll-Rand W360 Li-Ion Starter Kit:
http://www.tooltopia.com/index.asp?P...D&ProdID=48496

2) Snap-On CT4850HO:
http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/item....group_ID=19913

I only plan to use the impact once or twice a month, at most. It'll be used for brake and suspension work.

What do you folks think?

Thanks!

For what little use you'll have I'd get a DeWalt for $169.00

DeWalt DC810 Heavy-Duty 28-Volt 1/2-Inch Cordless Impact Wrench With Nano Technology

Are those tools really that cheap? I was looking at the S&K combination wrenches, and they cost 174 when the original price is 350.

That DC810 is weak, only 160 ft/lbs. Get DW059 twice the power, with 300 ft/lbs, and using standard 18v battery.

My W360 really has 360lbs, for tough things I use my IR Titanium 2135 which has 780/1100lbs.

IR DD2T2, it is small and runs almost continuously when using it on the 2135 but gets the job done.

I got it for 265.00 locally at an IR outlet store here in Phoenix.

What do you think of this new Milwaukee impact?

http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/w...9725_200389725

- 450 ft-lbs of torque (Snap-On is 400 ft-lbs)
- 5-yr warranty
- Comes with two lithium-ion batteries.

I heard Milwaukee's reputation is top-notch as well.
