Hey everyone,

I wanted to see if there are any insurance gurus out there that may be able to help me. I had a piece of metal or something fly off the truck in front of me and gouge the hell out of my driver's side front quarter panel. I have comprehensive insurance but this happened months ago. Does anyone have any idea how much time can elapse and still be claimed legitimately. I live in CA if that makes a difference.

Any input is appreciated.

 

usually has to be reported within 30 days. but unless there is rust its gunna be hard for them to prove that it didnt happen yesterday.
