Wow! That's crazy that this crap is still going on. Reminds me of when some stupid kid(s) threw something off an overpass and it had cracked, not shattered, my windshield on the passenger side about 5 years ago. I didn't know what it was until a friend who was driving behind me told me it was some kids from the overpass.

The area is actually not bad at all, well some are nice, some aren't. I love it here.
Nah I don't think it's a bad are at all.. I've just never liked this area of PA in general... too rural for me. It's relaxing though.

If a big ass rock shattered my windshield like that and I had a gun on me, God help those dumb fucks. I would hunt those fucks down.........

..... and then for doing nature's job of cleansing the gene pool, I will probably get sued by the parents, lose, and then spend time in jail.

I'm now somewhat worried about driving under overpasses now, especially with people standing in the middle of them and looking toward oncoming traffic. Maybe it was from watching the movie "The Kingdom"

WOW, glad your friend seems to be doing alright. Those fuckers should be shot. I've heard of this happening around here, but it's usually because the bridge is literally falling apart, not people throwing shit.

my mom, when she was younger, got hit in the head by a rock that fell off a sheer slope along the freeway. Fortunately it was on a junction so you couldn't go too fast. I can't imagine people throwing rocks off an overpass for fun, I'd be ready to kill someone too.

on that note, When I was a kid, I was in the backseat and we almost got hit by a lady jumping off a freeway overpass. My mom started screaming, but since I was in the backseat I couldn't really see what was going on. She told us not to look out the back window.

I would make it my goal in life to hunt them down. esp if I or my wife and daughter were to get hurt.

I would sit in the bushes every night

I just don't see what kind of satisfaction these morons get from throwing rocks off the bridge.

They should be tortured.

PA kids must like this. Happened a few years back in Allentown, some kid threw a rock or an ice chunk down from a bridge over Rt 22. Thing hit a woman in the chest like in this case, except it caused major internal damage and she died soon after.

Wow, that is unfortunate. I am glad that has not been happening in York. My luck whoever was doing that will come over here next.

UPDATE: After getting checked over by the doctor and getting X-ray's done, they determined he did not break any ribs. It was because it hit his sternum directly and it luckily wasn't going fast enough to break that, which would have been really bad. So it's only bad bruising for him.

BTW, car talk? Really? Ok
