CLK 430 for low 30s
I have the opportunity to get a black, 2000 CLK 430 w/AMG wheels, ~18K on the odometer...mint physical and mechanical condition for a shade over 30K. I'm very tempted, but wasn't in the market for another ride. Is this a good/great deal?

it seems like a good deal. even though it is 5 years old, it still only has 18k on the speedo. you should try and find out where it has been stored , gaaged, etc.
i cant believe the mileage. i have an 02 CL with over 65k miles.

That’s not bad at all. Even better if its from a dealer.
KBB has the private party value at about $28.8k in Cali
From a dealer they have it at $33.7k
I'd say they're pretty much on with what it should be. A good deal in some ways a better deal in others.
All i know is i like that generation CLK much better then the new ones. Been in a 430 a few times and the fit and finish and overall creature comforts are top noch.

I would not trade my CL w/ Nav. in for anything less than the CLK55. I would miss the navi a bunch, I think. MB navis suck shit compared to ours. But if I had the 55, my brain would be compressed into the back of my head from all the hard driving

Sounds like a good deal.....one of my Fav cars. I'd say your not stealing it as for the a clean CLK, retail is only $30475. If its Extra clean and it should be if it only has 18,000miles 30K would be the Max i'd offer........ Never say never
