Civic EG with S swap

I know this is a bit off topic but i figured since it is rocking our motor then it can belong here.

This crazy dude took a swap from a wrecked CL-S 6 spd and dropped it into an EG civic hb, this dude is insane! I'm so jealous of his skills.

edit

I guess its not letting me link to another honda site, just add after the //.

it can be done but everything tight on it. to me i'd rather drop a B18C5 in it vs a J motor in it. it will fit better plus bolt ons are cheaper and tons of them offered for the type R motor.

I don't think the J motor fits well in civic engine bays well at all! If you look at the first video with the orange civic it doesn't even look like it has a radiator!

As for putting in the ITR motor...no thanks! I had a 94 civic hb that I put a H22 with lsd in and basic bolt on I beat cars with ITR motors and was always door to door with RSX-s swapped civics. And for the price of both the K and the b18c5 I could get an H22 and put the difference into it and be much quicker!

I yeah took a ride in an EG hatch with an H23A swap and that thing could definitely move.

That's why I put prelude front shocks and H&R springs made specifically for the H swap...

One of the best cars at the local autox club is an EG with a k-series turbo swap. It's a monster

thats a killer project.... damn I just realized haven't been on h-t in forever! The guy even fabbed his own engine mounts. That thing will probably haul ass, still waiting on the after-swap weight distribution figures.... if you read the last few pages apparently the J-series is not much heavier than a B-series, possibly even lighter.
