Thanks.
Yeah, sans spoiler isn't a crowd pleaser.
Between no spoiler and no badges, I'm sure there are plenty of people who might think that. My exhaust corrects any flawed thinking, though . I wasn't necessarily going for a sleeper look, but I do prefer clean and simple. I guess it lends itself to that in the end. Ironically, the best mods for these cars are never seen unless you pop the hood.

Finally got the suspension installed last weekend...it's only been sitting in my breakfast room since December . BC Racing coilovers, Hotchkis sway bars, SPC front and rear camber kits. Still need to install the rear camber bushings, but I'm going to let the alignment shop do that since they can figure out how much it's off and how much to set the adjustment for. I think we did a pretty good job on the front, though (new control arms with adjustable ball joints); I'm interested to see how much it's off.
Didn't take any pics during the install as it was a pain, but adjustments going forward aren't too bad. I'm going to raise the front to match the rear soon so I can get the alignment. I prefer how the front looks, but when I get wheels, the tires will be larger (stock 20" equivalent or larger), so I'm just planning for the future. I don't have the desire to constantly change the height.
Ride is a little rougher, but not bad at all. I'd say similar to the ASPEC suspension on the TL, a BMW with sport suspension, etc. I imagine having 18's helps with that. I still have to play with the damping setting on the shocks. Handling is vastly improved; the car stays so flat through turns now. I love it! All of the other usual suspects were improved, as well (rear squat, nose dive, floatiness, etc.).

Thanks!
In case you hadn't realized, I slack a lot .
Thanks!
Thanks! Who knows. I'm all over...lip, no lip, 18s, 20s, 22s . If I had the stock 20s, it would make things a little easier, but with stock 18s, almost anything larger will have a noticeable performance decrease. The biggest limiting factor is the bolt pattern, as I'm sure you know. Sooooo...why would you be selling yours?

Well, after cutting my arms up nicely on the trunk liner and messing with the extenders, I finally adjusted the rear damping (set the front to 18 last week). Went from the out-of-the-box 8 (on a 0 to 30 scale) to 21. They claim 24/27 F/R is OEM, 18/21 is general street play, 14/18 is aggressive street, and 7/11 is road race. It made a noticeable difference on a quick drive to grab some dinner earlier.

Yep I feel your pain. I did consider 22s but in order to get a set that weigh the same or less than my chrome clad 20s I'd have to drop some major cash. Plus the ride quality would definitely decrease with them. And as far as selling my chrome clads, well, I have some new wheels I bought very lightly used on their way sometime early next week.
Another new set? LOL. Interested to see what they are. I wasn't a big fan of the black Scat Packs .

I actually really like my OEM 18s, I just wish they were wider; x7.5 isn't cutting it. I'd love to find something with a similar look (wide spokes, concave) that's wider, has a lower offset, and is painted.

I really liked my stock 18s as well...but when I got the 20s it was no contest...these cars are really made for a larger wheel.
You shouldn't really notice a performance decrease...your ride will improve (imo)

Got the front adjusted the other week. Tried to get an alignment Friday, but they wanted to be dicks about working on a modified suspension. Has to be that location as I've never had a problem before with the chain. While frustrating, they did adjust my toe and thrust angle for free. Guess I'll use the money the alignment would've cost to buy a few tools and align it myself. It's surprisingly easy at this point with the aftermarket parts I have on there.

Car looks great lower. I think it compliments the spoiler-less rear.
Excited to see what those boxes look like on your car!

LOL I got the tires mounted Wednesday, painted the wheel weights yesterday, and I'm getting an alignment today. Depending on how long the alignment takes, I'll get them on today or tomorrow.
Thanks.
Thanks.

So after removing an insane amount of packaging...
I had these, Bravado Tributes 20x9.5 +18...
Throw in some Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06's (don't worry, I already painted the wheel weights black)...
And I ended up with this...
Excuse the dirty car and lack of tire shine ; didn't have time to wash the car, and even if I had, it's going to rain for the next few days so it would've been pointless. Not sure why the pics I took yesterday are so grainy, either. Will get some better pics once the car is clean.
