CD player in CL not working

CD player in CL not working
Hey guys, I have a 97 cl and my cd player is giving me a "PE0" error code? Its "suppose" to be a dirty disc or something but I took the cd player apart and the dang disc is not even spinning!!! Would anyone know what is wrong or how to fix it?
