Is cf parts difficult to get painted? The reason I ask this because I just got my cf hood painted to match with rest of car, but came out pretty damn bad. There are crap load of fish eye/orange peal effect all around my hood.
The guy (member of crsx) who painted my hood told me that cf parts are tough to deal with.... didn't know what to say to that since I didn't know anything about that.
Is anyone else experienced this before? I know few members got their cf hood painted, so tell me how yours came out?
I probably take my car to a detail shop....
so they can wet-sand my whole hood and buff it as well. I know that will at least help to get rid of most of orange peal effect and maybe some of those fish eye shit. I feel like that is my option I have.
Is wet-sand/buff the best way to do it? Do I have any other option?

It's because the material used to lay the carbon fiber on is like meh. Thats why the body man has to do a good job of 'blocking' down the hood or trunk, whichever.
If you ever look at my trunk, it looks wavy because the body shop didn't block it down and make it smooth.
Orange peel.. meh, they just didn't prep it correctly or didn't take the extra steps imo.
