Probably red film over the reverse lights... not black it out...

Dont know if anyone makes a red film that would still emit white light.... gonna have to look into that.
Or just do the Accord and V6 in black chrome.

Would I have loved to see an SHAWD CL sure--- but gimmie a break, they wont even put SHAWD in the damn TSX wagon.

Acura isn't about the enthusiasts anymore guys sorry

(Neither is honda for that matter)

Either way if Acura was smart, they'da thrown some memory seats and auto dimming mirrors into the Accord Coupe, rebadged it, and would have had a pretty hot seller on their hands. (I think)

Question... why not leave the wheels from the OP on the car? I like those better then the newer ones you posted...

Get those exact wheels that were shot on your car. Exact offset, exact same Vredesteins tires , exact same everything. That stance looks PERFECT. I can't stop looking at this pic...

Well the OP of this thread was just some wheels I let them test fit and shoot on my car. While I do like em', I'm not that excited bout em'.

The Concave look for the rear is osmething I've been after ever since I can remember... So Concaves were it for me.

I wans't sure I if I wanted the silver finish or the black accented finish... I decided to go for the silver finish now.... Can't wait!

20x10.5 concaves all around sure does sound sick but also fairly impossible.

That second set of pics is flawless. I would go with those wheels, not the black-etched ones. The all silver looks way better.

Stance achieved.

Those looks amazing, but why such a difference between the concaveness (is that a word?) between the front and back? What are the specs?

thats how the wheels were designed... FWD accord coupes dont have the much room int he front... i'd need about 1" wider front fenders to get a set of 10.5's up front like in the rear.

Which is possible some day

Looks great. I agree that there is too much chrome. I don't mind the trim but I hate the chrome door handle.

I know you may be tired of hearing suggestions but if you blacked out that chrome trim and debadged the grill it would look that much better

I like the stance, body, 2nd set of rims, spoilers, fogs, and exhaust... everything but the chrome and that giant H

dont mind the suggestions...

but i do like the grill with the H if anything i'd black out the chrome surround, but even if i did that, the H would stay.

No you see, this thing looks too too much like the Accord Coupe. Acura needs to get the message, that if they are ever going to be taking seriously in the luxury market, they are going to have to do what Infiniti finally is doing, and make their entire line-up separate from its parent company Honda, and use their own unique platforms!

How exactly is Infiniti Using its own platforms?

Almost everything is built off of the Z platform... the Pathfinder Armada is the same as the Q...

I mean the only thing unique I can think of would be the new M.

In any case I do agree that the accord looks too much like an accord lol... but the car otherwise is everything that the new CL would have theoretically have been... yea I wish for more, but it makes sense in terms of a natual progression of the lineage of the model...

They could have grafted on a different front end and coulda been the new CL easily, the rear is vastly different than the accord sedan as is, and if anything looks very 'RL" like...

Ideally the CL would have had SHAWD at least as an option to seperate it a bit from the accord but whatever the general point has been made... acura didn't need to cancel the CL altogether, they could have easily taken the accord coupe as they have in the past, thrown some goodies on it, called it an acura and at least have had a competitor in the game.
