Err, anyways, I'll bite on the discussion.
I think the CL looks better because I really don't like sporty-looking cars. I'm much more of a fan of deception, I suppose. The CL doesn't really look sporty, just stylish. I just hate seeing riced out WRXs with an obnoxious exhaust that almost sounds like it's saying "HURR DURR I'M A FAST CURR"
Of course I think Supras look better than Celicas, in that respect.

Everybody is gonna say something different because looks are up to opinion, get the one you like if you're going for looks. Obviously a Supra is going to perform better though so if that's what's you're looking for then your decision is obvious.
Yes the Supra is more expensive because it's insanely ricer taxed, but they hold their value really well, so you'll probably hardly lose anything when you want to sell it. If you want better opinions on the Supra, go to SF.

Now the real question is,
If both cars were FWD and performed the same.
Also, straight OEM, supra looks way better than a CL. But ofcourse a CL can look very sexy too when modded

That's a stupid question. Of course a supra... u can't even compare the two. My Neightbor has a 98 supra that is pushing around 900whp, but affording a supra that isn't riced out your going to be paying some hard cash. Secondly if you want to spend that much money on that car, then instead buy a m3 or for a fast "practical" car buy a sti or evo.

my buddy just bought this one about 2 weeks ago. 1994 6spd turbo 34k miles. paid $34k.
that's his 240 LS3 project car in the background. going out to body and paint next week. He also has a beast 732 whp 08 350z.

I could have picked up one that was already pushing 460rwhp for half that with the same mileage.
Goddamn, you'd think some of these owners believe these cars are worth $60,000 just because they're not modified. It's why I gave up looking at them for a project car.
