Experts,
My fiance's POS 95 Chevy Cavalier has an issue. She says that when she turns LEFT while driving, there is a chirping sound. No sound when she turns left while parked or when she turns right.
The serpentine belt was changed ~10,000 miles ago. Any ideas?
