Car for $12-$15k with decent resale value (Looking)

I dont really want to bring my baby (03 Cl-S) to college with me next year. My bro is turning 16 soon, so instead of my parents paying 30k for another brand new car, they said they would let him drive my CL-S and let me get a 12-15k car for college if I wanted.

Here is what I am looking for:

2 or 4 door doesnt matter
Easily moddable or stock 1/4 at 14.8-15
Great Handler -RWD or very nimble FWD
Automatic
Some decent safety features
Good resale value still

I know many are probably going to say an Acura integra, but I would like others opinions

The one I'm looking at is 15.9k + TTL There is a TRD catalog I was looking through that had all kinds of suspension, engine, brake, etc. mods. A $3k supercharger, full suspension kit (sways, springs, shocks). Check out www.scionlife.com

How well does it handle FWD, does it handle better than a Cl-s...how close to mine with springs/shocks/sways

The tC will become the next Civic in terms of moddability.
