BUT.
Don't trust only the pictures. It looks better in person, so its interior feels.
This little thing looks as a legit and derivative successor of the E46 (the E90 is so much bigger but the 135i is as much heavy - weight doesn't seem to matter these days. ).
I have no doubt that a new cult car is born.

it is UGLY.
Funny thing is it's the same size as the old E46 which is beautiful. I don't get it.
I am not sure if a new cult car is born ... the 135 gets pricey real quick.

i can see it now. All the kids that owned SRT-4's 5 years ago can now afford 135's and wil be once again terrorizing the streets with their little turbo monsters.

THe most dissapointing part of the 1 is that the 135 and it's much smaller dimensions only get you a grand total weights savings of 137 pounds.
Sure it's quicker but it's not going to handle much, if at all, better givin it's narrower width.
Definitely a cool drivers car but not a return to the 2002 like some people are touting.

It weighs about 3250-3300 depending on how much gas is in the tank. About the same as a 350Z.
It's still a pretty spendy ride...not sure if too many of the "punk kids" will be affording one.
