I would have no problem living in a house that size but I would have a 6 car garage next to it

Doubtful, he appears to have less than .5 acres and I'd be surprised if that home has more the 3 bedrooms. What's even more surprising than the home is how the hell did he/she got in line to get one; I heard the few that were made were sold well before they saw the dealerships to celebs & the very wealthy.
Edit: would you de-badge the LFA badge? I think I would.

Especially if everything is paid for. And if he has that kind of money, he likely has other investments...

Really? I mean, really? An LF-A at that kind of a house? Possibilities:
House is a relative's and the relative got some pix while the rich uncle was visiting
House is a rental owned by the owner of the LF-A--good financial sense
House is really the owner's and the owner just has an awful financial sense of things
Photoshop
Kit car on top of a Fiero

Three Wheelin'
This is possible. For example, I have a pharmacist friend who owns a 2011 IS-F and his house is only $40K in a really rough neighborhood. He got robbed once and since then, bought a $600 steel door so that it'll never happen again, plus all his windows are barred! WTH!

I agree. I always find it somewhat amusing that one's financial well being and social status is determined by what type of house he/she lives in. Of course those with resources might aspire to own a large house in a great area, but others are more content to live a more comfortable, humble lifestyle. And lets not forget all those maxed out, living paycheque to paycheque, living in large house hoping to create the illusion of wealth.
If that is indeed his home, and he likes it, then all the power to him. If both it and the car is paid for and he enjoys his possessions, then he's a lot more secure than those that think he should live elsewhere.

I have to admit that the more I look at it, the better it looks.

mmmmmm....
3 bedroom? more like 2 at the most.
I don't care if the guy is 40s living single... still stupid decision to own a car that worth more than the house.
