Ouch. That's going to hurt in the morning.
1) why was a camera just rolling out of the blue.
2) I would be livid at the truck driver, what an idiot.

Damn American cars and auto workers....the F150 must have faulty brakes OR the SRT8 has a faulty Force Field mechanism.

Camera had sound for me, caught the crunch of the accident.
Shit happens, sucks for both guys. There didn't seem to be a whole lot of damage on both cars.

sucks but at least the challenger driver gets all damage repaired for free and can sue for whiplash related injuries.
i got rear ended in a friends car by a pickup truck doing about the same speed about 3 weeks ago. i was sore for a week but my friend had to go to PT and now hes suing. probly gonna get a decent payout.
things tend to work out in the end...

Close call, I'd crap my pants if I got pushed into the middle of an intersection like that. Sucks, love that paint scheme too

To make it worse that is a BRAND NEW 2011 inaugural edition 392. There are 1492 made in north america with the us getting 1192. They are numbered much like the first year run of 6000 srt challengers.
The co-president of my club somehow managed to get the #2 car.
I would have been pissed to tears.

Oh yeah, this is how I totaled my first car 2000 Accord...
Got rear ended at the intersection, got the car back in around 2 weeks...
On the day I picked up the car, I got rear ended again....... what are the odds yeah? lol

just keep this video as a reminder to always leave yourself some slack, because inevitably, people around you always drive like absolute shit

Wow! That was a hard hit - both guys went flying like dolls. Luckkily, no vehicles were moving in the cross direction. I think the camera was vehicle-mounted, not hand-held.

I got rear ended once. I call my bodyshop guy and told him to clear the schedule for the following week. I drop off the car, get it back that Friday, and 15 minutes later, get rear-ended again. I went off on the guy and said things that would have made George Carlin blush.

The girl had fallen asleep at the wheel and totaled her volvo. 6 grand in repairs for the RDX. I was very lucky that I wasn't hurt. She must have hit me at about 40 mph.
Anyways, I think tensing or bracing for impact isn't always a bad thing.
