Bose car suspension
I don't know if this has been discussed.
It's in french, but images speak for themselves.
Bose magnetic suspension: the future of car suspension ?

Very interesting, and a very good idea. My French is a wee bit rusty, so I don't really know what they are saying, my only concern would be proper dampening and reliability.

Yes Bose are known to be overpriced but they offer decent service.
In 1984, I've purchased a pair of Bose 301 series II (wood finish)
about 15 years later, the whoofer cones teared off. I've called them to order new whoofer and got a replacement for a new pair of Bose 301 series IV (black) shipped for just over $100. Now that's what I call true customer service. I use Klipsch reference speakers for my home theather though.
