Bmw m3 e46

Hi Guys,

I did a photo shoot for my buddy this weekend. This is my first car shoot as I usually photograph landscapes so let me know your thoughts.

Thanks.

Thanks! I used a Canon T1i with the 70-200mm f4 and 50mm f1.4. Planning to get a 7D this Fall.

Nice pics....

I too have a T1i. FWIW, I would get "L" glass instead of having a 7D. Your money will be better spent.

Seems to me like you have one point of view a favorite. I try not to choose one angle to dominate more so than others. You like taking pictures of the right side of the car, try the left side. Your best photos are the ones that aren't from the right of the car.

Also try getting the car with the wheels angled creates a nice look.

Finally, don't be afraid to put a little more landscape into your photos.

Picture quality and the car are great though.

I'd love to put landscapes in my pictures but that's best achieved with a wide angle lens like a 10-22 or even 17-40mm. The 50mm 1.4 is my widest but we all know it isn't that wide on a APSC sensor body.

Thanks for the tips everyone.

i think thats what will help. the perspective. it seems like the horizon is straight but you are shooting from an angle. one part of the car seems to be further than the other on the side shot. if it was framed perfectly the effect would be more dramatic
