Honestly I like the new bumpers, I dont like all the clatter on the front of your current coupe, it's too much...just watch when the sport package 3-series coupe debuts, BMW is gonna make it look sick, btw just the bigger wheel arches are worth it, IMO...Bigger wheel arches = Big Ass Deep Dish Wheels...

 

See what i dont understand is... why make the front bigger arches.... i mean the REAR is where it should count.

Also yea guys, i even put in my post that the headlights are still covered up. But look at the front turn signals... you can see that they have the sedan look to them.

Im sure this car will look good once its out on the road... but for me its not that much of a change to be pissed. Plus there is no way i could have kept the TLS till march '03... it would have been worth 20k by then.

why are they making it look like the sedan? I hated it when BMW made the corners of the headlight assembly turn up instead of the coupes' downward sloping edges. I think this was a big mistake on BMW's part. Looks less aggressive.

I prefer your version.... It seems like BMW has a great design and just keeps trying to "tweak" it a little to keep the car fresh, but it seems to be running out of ideas... Yours looks tight

oh no! That means X-type sales will probably rise (and every other car in that class too of course)! My friend actually likes the Bangle's style. I like the Z4, but not so much to say "the Z4 and the new 7 series look so much better than the Z8" (no this is not my friend w/ the z8, this one has a boxy volvo )

 

I like yours right now and I bet the new one looks better than these pix because of the aformentioned disguise. However....big however..... if any of the new ones start to look like the 7 series, the deal is off. The new 5 series is scary so far but I have not seen any final pictures. If not, I'll buy used. I priced one out today and it's not that bad at all.
