Is this a big deal?
I just got out of the gym, and noticed some card for a local bar on my window, kinda pushed into the window so it stayed on there. I was in a rush to get home, so I just left it on there and didnt bother looking at it, and figured it would fly off in a second anyway.
Then for some dumb reason I decided to put my window down (driver side) and the card went into my window!! It dropped down inside the crack, and I couldn't even see it. The window goes up and down fine, but what should I do? Is this safe in there? Is this a fire hazard? Will this end up messing my window?
Should I just forget about it? The card was pretty thin, but big.

trust me it wont mess anything up...your window regulator/motor is quite strong so if over time it does move around it will get shredded. but if its gonna bother you alot you should just have it removed....its fairly easy to do. if you lived closer id do it for ya

dude, you just screwed yourself...Some hottie was checking you out and left a little note and her number on it...all she had was the card from the local bar.
Now she's shacked up with that dweeb that would've been attentive enough to pick up the card and put it in a safe place.

I wouldn't even worry about a noise (no airflow inside the door panel). I dropped a postcard down the side of my window once (not on purpose)...never saw it or heard from it again. It's a flat piece of paper...if it falls all the way to the bottom, then it'll just sit there. If it got caught in any of the arms or linkages or something, you would've noticed already.

i just popped my side door panels to change out my door speakers.
trust me man, i had maybe like 2 or 3 business cards just sitting at the way bottom, under the speakers.. i think the cards fell in there about a year ago.
i took them out now since i had the door panels out, but its not possible for paper or thin cardboard to do anything in there. the wires are all coiled nicely and tacked onto the panels, the hinges and links are all pretty thick pieces of metal so it wouldnt effect those in anyway either.
nothing to worry about.
