Best and Worst Looking Crossovers?

I don't think Flex is considered a crossover tho... it's pretty much just a SUV, isn't it?

well, I don't know what the true definition of a "Crossover" is... but I look at pics of the Flex and I don't think "crossover"... it's pretty much a SUV to me... I think they labled it crossover because it's become a trend... and marketing wise... it's just smarter (I guess )

wikipedia say essentially the same thing.
The widely accepted definition of a crossover SUV is a vehicle that has SUV-like function and utility, but with a chassis and drivetrain more similar to a car than a traditional truck-based SUV.

it's a marketing thing.
i don't think i've used the term "CUV" when describing a car.
i'd still refer to the FX or RDX or edge or whatever as an SUV.

Edmunds seems to have three categories of crossover: SUV, Truck and Wagon.
If taken as gospel, it seems that we are all correct in what constitutes a crossover.

Best:
Q5 - Beautiful lines, clean not over done. Looks like a small SUV which it should. I like.
Worst:
X6 - Looks too much like a car IMO. Reminds me of the old AMC Eagles. I spit on it.

lots of good looking CUVs in my opinion:
Q5/7
X6
acadia
CX-7/9
outlook/vue
santa fe
edge
enclave
tribeca (refreshed one w/ the pig stout)
however:
x3
ex
rdx
tiguain
mkx (for some reason, i think the edge looks much better)
rogue
the murano is growing on me.
the new fx...i dunno. the front is still just too weird. but it has a certain presence. exterior design-wise, i think nissan dropped the ball on this one because the 1st gen is a classic. it's still one of the best looking cars on the road, imo. and it's a shame because the interior looks gorgeous (much better than the 1st gen) and the engine is impressive.

No need to say more, agreed on every count. Wait, I do....
The Aztek. Not the worst.... its just pure for an exterior. I think the new Pilot looks great inside and out except for the front end.... it looks like it ran face first into a brick wall, hence the flat faced bug-eye look. I've always liked the current MDX a LOT though.
