Looking for a pickup, not a fullsize, fellas. V-8 = too much gas, and that's why we are trading the explorer in in the first place....

I like the new S-10 also...guess it depends on who has the best deals...can't beat the employee pricing+rebates that these guys are giving away right now.

If you get an S-10, get a V-6. THe I-4s are worthless. Load them up and you will be able to run faster then the truck they're such dogs. .

Toyota Tacoma... V6 if you're doing light duty towing, otherwise get the 4cly if it's a commuter vehicle...

My brother had a 2003 extra cab V6 taco, but this past summer got an 2005 access cab 4cl taco. He wanted to maximize his mpg and didn't do any towing...

Resale sucks on domestic small trucks (ranger, colorado, etc)...

They sold the one I was looking at before we were able to purchase, and the others I tested sucked.....plus they are ALOT smaller than the dakota, and I'm a "bigger" guy

Really for $15k that's a steal! My only real complaint would be those wheels, but what are you going to do, for $15k you take the good with the bad.

Exactly....when the OEM tires are done, I'll likely replace the rims and tires (depending on if it is used as a work truck then)

Thanks..!!

No, I don't work for LexisNexis...I am a second year law student, and they give all sorts of nice little shit away at the beginning of the year to try and woo us from WestLaw....
