Best HID's for a 3g TL?
I'm a noob when it comes to lights... Is there a difference between the 3g TL bulbs and TSX or s2000? I don't want to change the projectors or do anything major but I want a little more color... Can I use s2000 bulbs?

Im in a good mood from a long cruise in the S2k so.....
The color that you see from each of those cars are from their projection lens, not the bulb itself. You would have to retrofit the S2k projectors in your car to get that color.
Or you can just buy 6000k temp bulbs and have more of a whitish-bluish tint with less visibility.

do you want more color on the cut-off, a sharper cut-off or more lightoutput? Do you want to have more colors on the foreground?
The TSX, s2000 and TL use different projectors. They are all good projectors. If you have a 3G TL and want to mod the HID's. your best bet would be to get some ZKW lenses for the projector. These are optically clear and will give the sharpest cut off, most light and color on the cut-off.
If you want more color onto the foreground, you will have to cut off the shield to produce more color. There is a DIY on it here somewhere.
