Never looked at pictures before of the two models side by side, alot of similarities especially the top of the side window arches, the side body crease. Wonder how many they'll sell?

First time seeing those pics of the Crosstour. I thought Honda said the first pics they released were simply a case of a bad year book photo?

Why not bring the accord wagon over? I think its because most people in America who purchase these kinds of cars might venture slightly off road on to grassy surfaces on to which most cars dare not go because their suspensions do not have the extra inch of travel.

Because "wagons dont sell in the US" same as "hatchbacks dont sell in the US"

Either way...the Crosstour looks like a cheap imitation of the GT. The Venza actually has interior space and utility in its design...the Crosstour looks more on par with the worthless Infiniti EX.

The GT...is a much larger vehicle. Its foot print is actually that of the 7 series. IE more interior space and usable room.

I also think bimmer can get away with this vehicle even in low numbers, much like the X6, which I also really like.

Honda isnt about making low volume sales vehicles (aside from the s2000) and I dont think this car can really compete...I could be very wrong.

All final judgements will be reerved for seeing one in person.

The rear end on the Crosstour isn't so bad, but the face is killing it for me. I'd much rather have the TSX (Accord) wagon.

I'd take the Honda because its less offensive. The BMW is groundshakingly ugly from behind.

I am really hating BMW's recent taillight designs. They are just not attractive to me at all.

Both are disgusting, so if I had to choose i'd have to go with the beemer merely based on the luxury factor. But i'd never be caught dead in either one of those though.

My mother is still looking for an actual Honda to replace her old Accord wagon, not a Subaru.

This is true because I think when Americans think of wagons they still think of these which is stupid if you consider how good the new models look.
