My guess, is aftermarket wheels with a huge center hole and no hubcentric rings and wrong lugnuts. That combination puts a ton of stress on the studs, and hammering into a turn, like he did in this video triggered them to snap, which added stress to the others and they snapped. I've seen it happen with aftermarket wheels before, but never on an autox cross course or all 4!

I think he forgot to put the lug nuts back on. No way all 4 wheels come off like that at the same time otherwise.
