How often do you catch something like this on cam?

Seems like Lambo was going really fast in such a small street.

But who knows? It's UK.

Seemed like the Lambo was going pretty quick but I think the Mazda pulled in front of it.

I'm surprised the air bags didn't go off.

if their law is anything like US. That poor econo box driver should be shitting in his pants now.
he was probably going 30 or 40mph judging by the distance he traveled after he hit him and he was not braking before he hit the Mazda in the video.
Who knows, i have never driven an Aventador and probably never will. Who knows what kind of stopping power it has.

Regardless, did that Mazda driver even LOOK when he turned into the street?

It's brakes are as big as the wheels on my car, so I'd assume pretty good.

Lots of people here think the Mazda was at fault. Its hard to tell how fast the Lambo was going from the video. I see people with crazy cars going crazy fast in the streets of London where you are lucky to go 5 MPH. This isnt far from my house.

From what I see, that Lambo should not have driven that fast on such a congested and tiny street. The douchbags in the Lambo probably don’t have any common sense.
If you look at this photo, the smaller car was already on the street. Lambo should not have been going that fast.

That photo is totally irrelevant. What matters is how the driver's actions compare to local traffic laws.

As someone else pointed out earlier, if the traffic laws in the UK are similar to the US, the Mazda driver is at fault for failing to yield to traffic already on the road. While I agree that the driver of that Lambo was acting like a moron driving that fast on public streets, it still does not excuse the Mazda driver from doing proper checks of traffic before pulling out.

Like in most accidents both parties contributed to the accident. Lambo's speed + Mazda improper merge into traffic. I'd argue the Mazda hold more fault.

I agree. Yea Lambo was speeding so give him a speeding ticket. It's not like he lost control due to speed and hit a parked car. Mazda turned into the street without looking

The way the Mazda came out of the street reminds me of the Chinese moms here in Socal with glasses with their S class or Camry (depends on how rich they are) that will make a right turn and cut in front of me at 2 MPH while i was going 50. Then slowwwwwwly accelerate to 10 mph.

There are times i really wanted just run into them.....

You need to wait a second or two more. There you'll see that the Mazduh pulled out too far and into the Lambo's lane.

This is why I always try to stick to middle lanes, freeway or city streets. People are indecisive, and don't know how to merge for crap.

Not sure who is at fault, but I will say you don't normally catch air in low speed city fender benders. Could be the Mazda driver never saw the Lambo because of his speed. Lambo could have been a block and a half away.
Lots of property damage, but it appears no one was injured.

It didn't seem like the Lambo was going all that fast to me. He probably caught the back of the Mazda's front wheel which was fully turned and that's what launched it. You don't have to be going very fast to ramp something if the conditions are right.

if it was at high speed, the result would have been a lot different than what is showing in the video since the lambo never really brake until he hit the Mazda.

if you hit the right angle even at 30mph can make you air lift. it might not feel fast while in the car but 25mph with no braking can total your car. 40mph could kill the person in the car.

and we are talking about the Aventador here.. you could hear it before you can see it.
